We use the major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. In some cases, we utilize a third party carrier for the last mile that the main carrier utilizes.

We're required to charge sales tax in some states and cities due to Federal and State laws. You'll see tax during checkout before you pay for your order so there are no surprises.

Once your order has been labeled, the carrier will pick up the package and scan it at the end of the day. You'll receive an email later in the evening with tracking information as soon as the carrier scans the package. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show an update or movement. This is outside of our control.

Before sending a product back, please contact us as some products can not be returned due to safety and/or hygiene reasons. Returned products without authorization will not be refunded.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different packages, if that is the case, each package will have different tracking numbers.
